You Can makes cartoons, but maybe the other Characters secretly make cartoons, too!! From the makers of Other Character stuff, now you can write cartoons as if they were animated by that Character! NOTE: Flash not required.

• You can only control two characters at a time.
• Do not add a character to the list unless you plan on using him/her.
• If you're doing a character like Pom Pom or The Poopsmith who doesn't speak English, make the characters talk anyway. The Cheat doesn't speak English, yet his characters talk.
• Your toons should be subpages of your main toon page.
• Please add the character to the correct category.
• Use [[Powered by (Character)]]. If you want to, add a "the" to it. You can spice it up for 1936 and 20X6, if you like.
