Chimera

Chimera was the second character created by the user grent. He was the first brawler whose powers depended entirely upon changing "forms" (as opposed to Balto-Boy, who is able to brawl effectively in his normal form).

History
Chimera was added within the first month of Grent's membership in the Super Paint Brawl forum. He started with four forms, each differentiated by its own color: Black ("Normal"), Red ("Lion"), Blue ("Eagle"), and Green ("Snake"). The names of Chimera's forms were influenced mostly by the boss of the same name in the Gauntlet series (as opposed to the "traditional" Chimera, which had a goat's head instead of an eagle's). These names also influenced the appearance of each form; Chimera's lion form has claws, his eagle form has wings, and his snake form has fangs.
Grent has announced that Chimera will receive a new profile soon, and with it will come the addition of a new form.

Powers
Chimera's powers vary depending on which form he is in.
Black (Normal)
In his normal form, the only power Chimera has is the ability to change into other forms. However, he must revert to this normal state in order to switch between his other forms. His strength, speed, and endurance are all roughly equivalent to that of a very fit civilian in this form.
Red (Lion)
In his Lion form, Chimera has extremely high strength, average endurance, and low speed. Also, his fingers are replaced with nearly indestructible claws that can release powerful bursts of energy in an attack Chimera refers to (rather unoriginally) as his Energy Claw.
Blue (Eagle)
In his Eagle form, Chimera has extremely high endurance, average speed, and pitiful strength. In this form, he has indestructible and impenetrable wings that he often uses as shields to protect himself and/or teammates. Unfortunately, Chimera has no real attacks in this form, so he only uses it for the flight abilities it grants him or if he needs to defend instead of attack.
Green (Snake)
In his Snake form, Chimera is incredibly fast with average strength. Unfortunately, he is unable to withstand much damage in this form, so he must resort to dodging most attacks. As mentioned, Chimera is very fast in this form; so fast, even, that his movements are almost imperceptible at times. He also grows fangs that secrete a unique venom when changing into this form. This venom will kill any biotic lifeform Chimera bites exactly 24 hours after being bitten. Chimera rarely ever uses this ability, however, as he typically doesn't want to kill anyone he fights.
