Racism
I think you shouldn't be so descriptive about the beliefs of certain races so much as the main governing body on their respective planets. One could say humans are violent viruses who destroy their environments and eachother. However, just because that describes MOST humans doesn't mean it describes ALL humans. Players will have the choice of species*, as well as their actions as that species. They obviously won't be required to do anything; I really think we should clarify that.

- Uh, so let them do what they want? You're forgetting that regardless of what you choose to follow, your group of people is always going to be aligned to something.
- I mean, look at the U.S. Not all of them are Christian followers, but they are heavily viewed as a Christian nation, like it or not. The Avian nation should be thought of as similar to the Muslim nation. Their law IS relgion. Take it or leave it, literally. That's the idea here.
- Lemme get this through all of your heads once more, no one will be forced to do anything. But if I'm going to describe a species/race, I'm going to tell as much as I can, and that includes the majority vote on religion. If you don't like that, hell, don't play as them. But no one's forcing you to take on all of their beliefs anyways. If we're trying to create a static game where every member of a species/race is the same, boring, cardboard cut-out, then yeah, I'm wrong. Otherwise, just drop it. It's annoying to get the same argument over and over again over someting this petty.
- I fully rely on one true video game rule:
- Let each player play the game as they wish. That's the idea. *gets off of the soapbox*

- I do understand, but I think you missed what I meant we should do. All I'm saying is to not say "the Avians are religious", but rather "the Avian homeworld is religious", Just so people don't get confused and think you do have to stick to their religion. The point of species is, of course, innate abilities, so I just wanted to clarify, not criticize .-.

- I wasn't even aware you were going to allow religion to even play a part in this project. Hence, I figured it didn't NEED clarification. But fine. Updated.

- While that would be idea, it would probably turn off more people than attract, so it's up for debate.
