Ianael (Ian Ramius)

Bio:
In Heaven, Ianael had always been an obediant and loyal angel to the Creator. He had witnessed both the Fall of the Morning Star and the Fall of the Watchers, for it was his job to know such things. Despite what he knew and what he had seen, his attitude towards humanity changed upon a young girl - Ciana Bianchetti remained such abright and cheerful person despite her entire world constantly shattering by events. The love for this girl grew with time but he only kept an eye on her...until her life was in danger. He abandoned his post to save her life at the nick of time.

The two fell in love and could not bear to be apart from each other; Ianael left his post for the final time to go into hiding and to live in bliss with the love of his life. The Dominion of high rank and the woman who loved him had broken a serious taboo, one that was certain to have repurcussions. Before Ciana became pregnant, Ianael revealed all the information he could about himself, what was going to happen and most of all, their future. Ciana chose to remain by his side, caring for him when Heaven Withdrawl Syndrome fatigued Ianael, though most of their troubles would begin the moment Ciana finds that she's pregnant. Angels and demons alike begin to follow them, some outright attacking them in order to kill the child. Ianael and Ciana had to go into hiding many times, using forbidden angelic magic to cover their tracks. As the time of birth became closer, Ianael took the grave chance of returning to heaven and imploring help from the one person he knew would never betray him, Rasiel. Together the two angels were able to stunt the growth of the child's wings, though it is uncertain how it was done. However the method, it worked: a beautiful baby human girl was born.

Ianael and Ciana were doting parents and very protective of their daughter, knowing there were beings out there that wanted her dead. They constantly moved those first five years, trying to throw off their trail and live in a sort of peace. For the most pat it had worked...except for the "calling", a summon from the Creator himself. No angel was able to ignore the powerful call. Though Ianael had managed to forego the call for a long time, a point was reached where he no longer could.

Ianael literally vanished before the eyes of his daughter and wife. Ciana took the leave quite hard but continues to carry fond memories of him being a very loving, kind father to Amber. Presumed dead.

• He likes curry and traveling long distances.
• Very forgetful at times, Ciana has poked fun of him for it.
• Somehow had stunted the growth of Amber's wings, with the help of Rasiel.
• A kind person that hates to see human suffering.
• Actually alive and well, last seen in Australia with one Orion Vendetta in "Ne Me Quitte Pas". How he escaped Heaven is unknown.

Ciana Ramius

Beautiful, Doting Mother of two and Mercenary, Ciana.

Bio:
Amber's beautiful, doting mother. She loves her daughter more than anything and would go so far as to cover up her murders to make sure she's safe. She diligently pledges her alligence to the Vendetta family, as they keep her working of course. She's close with Michael Vendetta in particular and unbeknownst to her, she has met the mother of "V" Vendetta long ago. Ciana has the bad habit of drinking too much and is extremely protective of her daughters. She still mourns the loss of first love, Ian.

She rarely speaks of her past, but all within good reason. She was born in Italy to a broken home; she ended up escaping with her two brothers to the United States. Growing up was harsh but she was able to make the best of it with her unusually sunny attitude. Eventually the family reconciled and things began to look up. She attended college, graduated and was recruited to work for the CIA. Her work consisted of several missions, mostly involving assassinations. Her track record was excellent and she had only botched one mission known as "the First Incident", she missed a target whom with much painful irony, caused the death her younger brother Paoulo. The details of this mission are sealed, but what came of it was more turmoil for Ciana in particular - her family put the sole her for the death of her brother and subsequently disowned her. Ciana turned to her older brother in tears to vouch for her, to support her, but even he had spurned her. Feeling at a loss, Ciana focused on her work, taking her agression on others in her asassinations, and welcoming the possibility of death. For a time, it was revealed she had been involved with the mysterious Section 9 for a brief period of time, a time that haunts her to the current day.

The Second Incident: A mission she undertook in Russia that became botched by one of her partners nearly killed her. To Ciana, her life truly began upon meeting Ianael, the man who had rescued her from the brink of death. Being around him, she forgot about wanting to die, to forget her pain. She gave up her dangerous line of work to settle down with him and it was until the wedding night that she learned of his angelic heritage: to be with him would mean misery for both. Despite that, Ciana declared she did not care and continued to stay by his side and even bearing their only child. For three years, they endured constant moving, forbidden magic to cover their location, and Ianael's compounding sickness from being away from Heaven for so long. Her cheerfulness and the light that was their daughter kept the family together, both Ciana and Ianael finding the resolve in protecting their daughter. Upon his "death", Ciana again lost will to live, only to be brought back by the presence of her daughter - a time both mother and daughter find painful to recall.

Ciana would continue feircly protecting Amber long after Ianael vanished from her life. Woe be to the one that falls in love with her "little wing", Ciana can be a very unforgiving woman.

Abilities:
None in the Metahuman sense. However she can familiarize herself with and use any gun or bladed weaponry in a matter of seconds. She also is an expert at "cleaning up" for the Vendetta family in particular and whenever her daughter kills.

• She owns a pair of guns: a TT33 Tokarev and a FN Herstal FNP-9. One may have belonged to a partner of hers who was killed in a mission.

Trivia:

• Consistant drunkard, but a cheery woman.
• Treats (and huggles) V like her own child, and huggles both Amber and V's friends randomly.
• May have growing, unspoken feelings for "Mikun" Vendetta.
• Likes to surprise people, especially with serious information such as "I was a sniper."
• Known to speak Portugese, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, French, and Conversational Dutch. When asked how, she replies: "I had a lot of free time."
• Her favorite flowers are Gardenias.
• She has acute intuition: when she's right, she's right.
• Coincidentally, she had met Juliet Vendetta, back then Juliet Vee on her very last Mission in Portugal. It is not known if she knows that the beautiful woman she befriended in the past is the apple of the eye of the family she is contracted to.

Ria Misaki-Ramius

Bio:
Amber's hyperactive little sister. Ria has known Amber since she was six years old and loves her as if she was her own sister. In fact, troubles in her own family in Japan caused her to run away to the States. Ciana decided (as if Ria had a choice to begin with) to adopt her into the family. She was the one who suggested Amber dress in Gothic Lolita clothing when in order to blend in when her wings first grew out. She is enamored with her sister's wings and is seemingly oblivious to her darker half. She loves Amber to the point of a sister compex and like Ciana can be quite protective of her in her own nonchalant and cute way.

• Makes up nicknames for others quickly. D-san for Vash, Hime for V, etc.
• Calls Amber "Onee-chan", sometimes mimics Goth-loli style.
• Favorite snack: green apples
• Favorite Flowes: cherry blossoms
• May be developing powers of her own...

Rasiel

Bio:
Amber's proud and homicidal uncle. He held Ianael to such high regard and love that it could be seen as obsessive. He blames Ciana and Amber for corrupting his brother and swears his life to killing both. He feels utter hatred for Ciana for tempting Ianael and even more for his neice for being both a corrupted being Heaven pursued and the reason for his brother's tainted soul. He is willing to relenquish his rank as Virtue in order to exact his revenge and torture both mother and daughter in any way necessary. One can only wonder how such a horrible being continue to exist within God's ranks.

Abilities:
From the very few moments he has used them, Rasiel's power includes manipulating and creating iridiscent ice/glass, resistant to most shadow and elemental attacks. The full range of his powers are unknown.

• Vain beyond belief, sees himself as higher being then humans...or anyone except God.
• Annoyed easily by Barbiel.
• Takes his orders only from God.
• Obsessive-compulsive, wipes his hands after coming in contact with humans.

Longtime friend of Ian and Ciana Ramius, the eccentric monk has a great knowledge of herbs and remedies, including some that are not of this world. It is possible that he supplies certain ingrediants for the forbidden angelic magic. He seems to know a lot about Amber's existance but prefers not to reveal certain thing to her until the "appointed" time. He has a habit of randomly giving people check-ups and having them take odd vitamins.

Information: An important person in Amber's life, the turning point where she first spiraled into her nephilim nature. Amber does not like to speak of this person for the mention brings up terrible memories and guilt. She was her first friend in middle school, an emotionally unstable girl with a poetic gift of words. It has been rumored that her words moved even the hardest heart and it is unknown if this was a budding meta-human ability. Her inclinations towards Amber was hostile until Amber proved herself to be a loyal friend and a caring ear to her problems. The nature of Issa's affection towards Amber might have extended beyond a simple friendship, but it was clear the girl became fond of her though it is uncertain if Amber was aware of her affections.

While she had her gift and the affection of a good friend, Issa lived a lif of quiet burden. She was bullied and tormented to the brink of no return by a group of girls for unknown reasons. The surmounting pain of her parent's divorce, the growing drifting from her only friend and the constant bullying led her to commit suicide. Issa's death crushed Amber and after overhearing the careless teasing over her death by the tormentors, Amber unleashed her rage on them by luring them out into a seculded area and brutally killed all four in a calculated, violent manner. Thus it was the first slaughter she had ever made, all to avenge "The Sage". It is foreshadowed that something else had happened just after the bloodbath, but Amber rarely speaks of The Sage or what had happened.
