- Bushy Park: 6 Crossbills flew over heading west at 1.40 (Roger Unite)

- Finsbury Park: 2 Crossbill over railway station at 07:05 this morning (Jan Hein)
- Rotherhithe,SE16: Shelduck E at 8pm over Old Salt Quay Pub plus 2 Sand Martins, 5 1st summer Common Gulls. Also pair of Common Terns feeding young on platform on Canada Water plus 9 Tufted Ducks (Richard Bonser)
- Walthamstow Res: 3 Redshank, 2 Common Sandpiper, 2 Lapwing. 100+ Pochard mostly males. At least 5 Little Egrets. (Paul Whiteman) An adult summer Mediterranean Gull flew South over the house in Leyton at 16:20. (Sadly not a house tick, though a plumage tick)
- Brent Reservoir: 2 Green Sands, 3 Common Sands, 2 LRP & 2 Lapwings & 18 Marbled White(Andrew Self, Roy Beddard & Andrew Verrall)
- Dagenham: Peregrine Falcon 12.20-12.25pm over my back garden and a long overdue garden tick ! ( Vince Halley-Frame ).
- Horsenden Hill: Common Buzzard 1 W, Bullfinch 2 ads 2juv, White Letter Hairstreak 3 (NPS)
- WWT LWC Barnes: 4 Black-tailed Godwit (at leat 3 males,one in full breeding plumage, arrived 2pm and fed continuously until at least 4pm), Hobby (hunting dr'flies), Redshank, LPR, Lapwing, C Tern, Sparrowhawk (Angus Innes), singing Chiffchaff reported.

Friday 27th June.
- Wormwood Scrubs: 1 Hobby over and nothing else of interest. (David Lindo).
- Crossness: adult Med Gull off the outfall late morning, Little Egret (Ian Miller per JA)
- Tyttenhanger GPs: . Oystercatcher, 2 Ringed Plover + 2Little Grebe turned up over night! Other than that, VERY Quiet! (Steve B)
- Trent Park Area: 7(6'eclipse' male, 1 female) Mandarin Duck + 2 young, Lower Lake; 1 Sparrowhawk; 2 Kestrel; 1 Green Woodpecker; 6 Common Whitethroat; 2 singing male Garden Warbler; 2 Nuthatch; 4 Treecreeper; 1 juv Coal Tit; 1 singing male Linnet; 1 male Yellowhammer; 1 Weasel, at Vicarage Farm; 1 Painted Lady; 1 Red Admiral (Robert Callf).

- Stamford Hill, N16: Hobby chasing and catching Swift, c500m east of Stoke Newington Reservoirs (Mark Pearson)
- Wormwood Scrubs: Last night over 2000 Rose-ringed Parakeets (+ 1 Amazona sp) came in to roost. Plus both Pipistrelle species were recorded on our bat survey. (Alison Fure, David Lindo & Roy Nuttall)
- Stoke Newington Reservoirs: 2 Grey Wagtails, 60+ Swifts (TeRNS).
- Grovelands Park, Southgate: 2(1 ad female, 1 juv male) Green Woodpecker; 6 Song Thrush, including two singing males (Robert Callf).

- Brent Reservoir: 1 LRP, 1 Common Sand, 1 Green Sand (Andrew Verrall per Roy Beddard), 10 Marbled White (Roy Beddard).
- Staines Reservoirs: summer-plumaged Red-necked Grebe still on North Basin late morning (Birdguides). Still there, albeit as far away as it could be, at (correction) 20.45hrs; also grey wagtails, redshank. (Nigel May)
- Alexandra Park: Reed Warbler singing from beside path between old brick conservation hut and noticeboard (tarmac path that runs towards Alexandra park station). Only 2nd record at this site for the year and a most unusual locality (Bob Watts). Reed warbler briefly at Conservation Pond late evening, not singing & elusive in dense vegetation (J.murray).
- Rickmansworth: 1 Crossbill flew SE over my garden calling at 08.35 hrs (Andrew Moon).
- Tyttenhanger GPs: Common Sandpiper, 2 Oystercatcher, 2 Ringed Plover, 2 Hobby (Steve Blake).
- Trent Park Area: 1 Sparrowhawk, carrying prey, Park Farm; 1 Little Owl, at Vicarage Farm; 2 (1 juv)Green Woodpecker; 3 Great Spotted Woodpecker; 2 Skylark, together, at Vicarage Farm; 3 Lesser Whitethroat; 1 singing male Garden Warbler; 4(2 pairs) Bullfinch; 4 Small Skipper; 1 Red Admiral; 2 Ringlet (Robert Callf).

- Staines Res: sum-plum Red-necked Grebe on north basin at 11.25am (R.B.A). Still present N basin at 1600hrs at least, though distant in windy conditions (Rob Innes).
- Isleworth: Hoopoe reported for its second day at Hall Road (Birdguides)
- East India Dock: 2nd-sum Yellow-legged Gull (moulting inner primaries), juv LRP, 2 Common Tern chicks still (David Callahan).
- Brent Reservoir: 2 Green Sands, 2 Lapwing & LRP (Andrew Self).

- Thorndon Country Park: About 15 Common Crossbills flew over calling and seen briefly at 3.52pm, from the cycle/horse track near the visitor centre (V H-F J.Lethbridge).
- Brent Reservoir: Redshank & 2 Common Sands (Andrew Self).
- South Norwood Lake: 2 Great Crested Grebe, 8 Tufted Duck, 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 2 Nuthatch, 8 Ring-necked Parakeet, 2 Blackcap, 3 Chiffchaff, 1 Collard Dove, 10 Herring Gull, 1 LBBGull over, 2 House Sparrow, 1 Pied Wagtail, 2 Stock Dove (John Watson, Gavin Hawgood).
- Staines Res: two second-summer Mediterranean Gulls (an obvious pair) around the rafts mid-afternoon. Also c15 incubating Common Terns (lowest for some years), two Little Ringed Plovers and a Redshank (Rob Innes).
- WWT LWC Barnes: Gadwall, Teal (2 m), C Pochard, Tufted Duck, Shoveler, LRP, Redshank (3 adult, 2 juvenile), Lapwing (6 chicks), C Tern (8 chicks, Swifts and S Martins (abundant) - Hobby hunting them (Angus Innes), Peregrine (LWC website).
- Beddington SF: Hobby, 6 Green Sandpiper, Common Sandpiper (Dip or Glory).
- Queen Elizabeth II Res: Peregrine (SBC).

- Richmond Park: Grasshopper Warbler singing from bracken by Lower Pen Pond (via FJM) also 1 recently fledged Lesser Spotted Woodpecker in willows at east end of Lower Pen Pond (Hugh Bradshaw)
- Regents Park: 2 juvenile Little Owls, 3 juvenile Tawny Owls, m Peregrine hunting at 3.30pm. pr Common Terns, 2 pr Herring Gulls nesting 1 with 2 young, pr Grey Wagtails, 3 Chiffchaffs(Tony Duckett).

- East India Dock: 2 ad GBBGulls, 4 Sand Martins, Collared Dove, and the Common Terns now have at least two chicks, but seem to be down to four pairs (David Callahan).

- Rainham Marshes: 2 Black Swan, 6 Teal, 4m Garganey, 5 Shoveler, 6 Hobby, 13 Little Egret, 2 Great White Egret reported by various people from mid-day onwards but never seen together (ELBF). 1s Little Gull (Bob Watts).
- West Thurrock Marshes: 2 pair Oystercatchers, 2 Little Egrets, adult G/B/B/Gull, pair Gadwall and brood of Stonechats (Dave Morrison).

Saturday 7th June.
- Rainham Marshes RSPB: Great White Egret again until at least 17:35hrs, showing distantly from sea-wall (Birdguides).
- Queen Elizabeth II Res: Black Tern, Peregrine, Madagascar Teal - the bird seen earlier in the month at Beddington (DMH).
- Alexandra Park: Cuckoo landed briefly in tree in Grove before flying off north-west, THREE Red Kites together, one headed off north-east, the other two circled, before being lost to sight (Andrew Gardener).
- Walthamstow Res: Cuckoo, rustic female over main entrance, Red Kite drifted from Lockwood to the west and at least 4 juv Little Egrets on No5 (John Murray, Chris Freddi).
- London Wetland Centre: 2 Common Tern chicks (at least 6 pairs), minimum 10 Lapwing chicks/juvs, 2 Redshank chicks still on scrape, 2 LRP, 1 Hobby, 1 m Peregrine, 1 m Kestrel, 2 f Sparrowhawk (all hunting), brood of 8 Pochard ducklings entrance lake (reported to have walked in through the front gates - and presumably nested in the angler's pond on the adjacent playing fields!) (D.Monk).

- East India Dock NR: Firecrest (finder Dave Callahan) present to 11.30 at least, 6 Sand Martin, 2 LRP, 6 Shelduck, 5 Reed Warbler, Common Terns down to 5 sitting (Paul Hyland).
- Tyttenhanger GPs: 2 Oystercatcher, 2 Redshank, Ringed Plover, 2 Shelduck, 3 Swift, Hobby (Steve Blake).
- Dagenham Chase LNR: 2 Common Redshank on the Slack for 0.5hrs then flew off, also 1 ad Lapwing with just 1 young left, cob Mute Swan catching and drowning a Canada Goose gosling then having a big flap in a show of dominance (Vince Halley-Frame).
