The Separation of Church and State Bill is a Liberalian law.

Preamble

This is a bill to separate completely the roles of Church and State.

Clause 1: People of any faith may run for office as long as they do not use their position to impose their beliefs on others which will be seen as treason.

Clause 2: Faith schools will be allowed in areas where a sizeable part of the local population wishes for their children to be educated in their faith. They will be subject to any requirements outlined in any Education Act that Liberalia sees fit to pass.

Clause 3: Religious groups may not incite their followers to treason against the government of a nation and/or Liberalia.
