"The Right to Repeal Legislation Preamble: This bill is intended to preserve the right of parliament to repeal any legislation that has been previously passed when it is no longer required. This bill has been created to prevent any restrictions of future parliaments to carry out its business.

Clause 1) All Acts are to be open to repeal at a later date once passed. Clause 2) This bill shall apply to all laws made past, present and future. Clause 3) A simple majority will be required to repeal legislation Clause 4) All acts that state they cannot be repealed will have the relevant clause removed and be subject to clause 3 Clause 5) All acts that state a different repeal requirement such as 3/4 majority will have the relevant clause removed and be subject to clause 3 Clause 6) The Preservation of Democracy Act is exempt from this bill."
