Election Security Act is a Liberalian Law.

To be eligible to vote in any Liberalian elections, a Liberalian must:

> Have been a citizen of the region for at least 14 days prior to an election > Have a nation in Liberalia for at least 14 days prior to an election > Have been registered on the forums for at least 14 days prior to an election > Have been active at least once every three weeks, on average, between any two elections. This clause may be bypassed with consent from a simple majority of the Guardian Council. > Should the activity of any member be brought into question, the GC shall rule whether or not a member is permitted to vote. > All members' whose nations have been with Liberalia for less then two weeks must go through the Guardian Council to get their voting privileges approved. > Clause Six of the Election Conduct Act shall hereby be revoked in order to update legislation. > This law shall be brought into effect from 1 July 2006 and apply to all elections after the aforementioned date.
