Anti-Discrimination Act is a Liberalian Law.

Clause 1 - No member of this region is to be discriminated against on grounds of race, religion, age, gender, appearance, beliefs or political alignment, unless specifically stated in Clauses 2, 3 or 4.
Clause 2 - The only circumstance in which the religion of people may be taken into account in making a decision is whether to grant membership of one of the religious subforums in BahÃa Esmeralda. These people may not be discriminated against on any other religious grounds whatsoever.
Clause 3 - The only circumstance in which the political alignment of people may be taken into account in making a decision is whether to award Cabinet positions to a person, whether to grant a person membership of a political party, or if these political views are prohibited by the Liberalian Immigration Rights Act. These people may not be discriminated against on any other political grounds whatsoever.
Clause 4 - The only circumstance in which any beliefs that a person holds may be taken into account in making a decision is whether these beliefs are either religious or political and therefore covered by Clauses 2 and 3 respectively, or if these beliefs are prohibited by the Liberalian Immigration Rights Act. These people may not be discriminated against on any other grounds of their beliefs whatsoever.
Clause 5 - Any individual who is found to be in breach of this law will be referred to the Guardian Council for possible punishment, including the temporary removal of posting rights, depending on the severity of the breach.
