The Jolkein Universe is a fictional universe created by the Admin as a way of expressing creativity. The world is filled with fantasies with some twists of real science and science fiction elements.

The Jolkein Universe began about 5 billion years ago when the big bang happened. There are a few billion galaxies and countless stars, planets and other celestial objects. The known observable universe is estimated to be over 5 billion LY across and continues to expand. The oldest known galaxy is NVR-1637 which is estimated to be about 4.5 billion years old. There were a number of oldest known sentient species to evolve in the universe, however the last of them died out over two billion years ago. The oldest known sentient species to evolve was thought to first appear about 2.7 billion years after the big bang occurred and has since died out. The sentient species that inhabit the universe are thought to be the third generation and began to appear about a 15 million years ago.

Humans are the most numerous of the sentient species and they are present in a large number of galaxies. Each subspecies of humans have their own culture and traditions and have varying levels of technological advancement.
