Ruskin, is a democratic republic in the world of
Jolkein. It is a nation ruled by two regents who are elected every one year from among the members of the States Council, Ruskin's legislative and executive body. The two regents are elected from among the elected body of 36 popular representatives from each of the 36 electoral divisions. Each electoral divisions has one representative regardless of their population, from amongst the 36 representatives they elect the two regents who acts as the co-regents of the country. The capital of this nation is at the city of
MARCULOS, a city with a population of 85,000 inhabitants, and is also the location of the
ACADEMIE SCIENÇOJ EN RUSKIN, the country's premier academic institution of higher education. Education in this country is free until the sixth year of the Basic Education and residents have to pay only if they desire to continue studying until college. Each of the country's communes have at least one public basic education school operated by the national Ministry of Education. There are a many institutions of higher learning in the country which are either public or private schools, the public institutions of higher learning are operated by the Department of Colleges, a department in the Ministry of Education. The department also gives the license and accredit institutions to confer academic degrees to colleges and universities. The judicial body of the country is the Senescgal's Court, a court of 5 members headed by the Senescgal. The court members are appointed by the States Council to a 3 year term and are not allowed to be removed except for an impeachment initiated by any citizen to the States Council.
