The World Heavyweight Championship is a men's world heavyweight championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion WIW, defended on the Rage brand division. It is one of three world titles on WIWE's main roster, along with the WIW Championship and WIW Heavyweight Championship, which are held and defended together as the Undisputed WIW World Heavyweight Championship on ShowDown. Unveiled on the April 24, 2023, episode of Rage, the inaugural champion was determined at Night of Champions on May 27, 2023. The current and inaugural champion is Kevin McAlmond, who defeated Kevin Hunter in a tournament final at Night of Champions to win the championship.

Its creation came as a result of Martin McAlmond and the Undisputed WIW heavyweight Championship. After Reigns became undisputed champion in April 2022, he defended the tandem title across both brands, but these defenses were infrequent due to the terms of his contract. With the announcement of the 2023 WIW Draft, the World Heavyweight Championship, separate from WIW's original World Heavyweight Championship which was active from, 2002 to 2013, was created and subsequently became exclusive to Rage after Reigns and the Undisputed WIW World Heavyweight Championship became exclusive to ShowDown.

The title is one of seven to be represented by the historic Big Gold Belt, first introduced in 1986, redesigned in 2023. Its heritage can be traced back to the first world heavyweight championship, thereby giving the belt a legacy over 100 years old, the oldest in the world.
