Kennedy Park: Harley James

Harley James was taken in by an older couple after spending the bulk of his childhood in state care. He was orphaned and crippled in a house fire at age 8. Because a leg injury was not properly treated, Harley developed a limp and a need for a cane. Harley inherited the apartment complex his adoptive parents owned upon their death, and co-owns the complex with his adoptive brother Charles Kennedy.
