-- Eligibility Requirements: Must have a PhD or the equivalent doctoral level degree at the time of application. Persons with a Master's degree in engineering and at least three years of post-degree professional experience may apply. Federal employees are not eligible.

-- Stipend: Stipend of $67,000 with allowances for health insurance and relocation.
