I decided to make a walkthrough for my own map, Bushwalk. I've noticed a lot of people are playing it, so I thought it might be helpful to include a guide to make playing it that little bit better, and easier to win. If you use the VS AI method, it is pretty easy to win. Just give yourself more play time, as you need to control a lot of troops.

VS AI

~*~*~*~

1st turn. Make a Scorpion at the factory closest to the next island. At the other factory, create a Commando.

2nd turn. Start capturing with the commando, create another where it previously was (the factory) Move the Scorpion onto the neutral factory and create another.

3rd turn. Move the Scorpion on the neutral factory to the other neutral factory, and move the other Scorpion onto the first neutral factory. Move the capturing commando onto the other city next to the harbor, start capturing. Move the other commando onto the first city, finish capturing. Build another commando at the factory where the commandos have been produced, then produce a mortar tank at the first factory.

4th turn. Move the Scorpion on the 2nd neutral factory down or up 2 squares to a neutral city, move the other Scorpion onto the neutral factory. Move the mortar tank near the first neutral factory, and move the commando on the other city next to the harbour up or down accordingly. Move the other commando on a city to where the other previously was, finish capturing. Move the commando at the factory onto where THAT commando previously was. Create a mortar tank.

Move the Scorpions onto the two forests opposite the first bit of land the enemy can set foot on across the shores. Move the mortar tanks into position just behind the two Scorpions. Capture every property with your commandos. Get a AT Array into position near those two Scorpions, and then hold the shores until you get a Frigate. Then set up Frigates so they can kill any unit produced from a harbor in one turn, continue to hold the shores, and start sending Scorpions in.

HINTS & TIPS

~*~*~*~

If a sea unit is damaged and unable to defend itself, block access for enemy ships by placing two land units across the shores.

If you can trap the AI on their own island, at some point they will get so desperate they will not be producing any naval units, just weak land units, which are easily overpowered.

The forests connecting the two middle islands are good for AT Arrays. Not only can they attack troops, one will have a direct shot at the factory on the other island, if you place it right.

PS: The reason I could not do a VS Human strategy is that you can't predict everyone. The hints and tips may help you fight them, though.
