From Expanding Your Horizons

  There are many good foods in the world.  (u can sure say that again!)

such as pasta, cookies, sushi, bread, soup, chili, etc. the thing is that there are to many foods to enjoy. Hawian, Mexican, American, Chinese, Japananese, etc. There are many different types of foods too. You can have noodles in France then go to China and the noodles there are totaly different.

  Every day people either eat to much or to little, 

but never the right amount.see you need to know how much food your body can take,

you can talk with your body. If you eat too much food, you might get indigestion, 

and that is not pleasent. if you eat to little you might go starving.

that my friend is also not pleasent either. 
Actually a lot of things about life are not pleasent.
  i have seen many people who  eat way to much food, and other who bairly eat any food.  

it is quet nasty i might say.
