Soft Speak is a bully. She arrogantly looks down on those below her, which is almost everypony; she comes from a rich family. Because of her family's money, she is used to getting what she wants and has a superiority complex. However, she also is very good at dealing with people, especially panicky people.

Her special talent is manipulation, and she has the special unicorn ability of very weak mind control. She has a crush on Whiteout.
