The show featured matches from Monday Night Massacre, Friday Night Mayhem and DXX Rated, with main events including a 'Victory Falls' match for the DXX Universe Championship featuring Ryland Deathlocke, DJ Hipp, Doctor Cube, Kevin Kompiler, Santino Marella, and Chris Jericho from Mayhem, Matt Hardy vs Chad Jennings for the DXX Championship from Massacre and Nero Jones vs Matt Pearce for the DXX Rated Championship from DXX Rated. Various musicians and artists performed at the event, including Lady GaGa, Metal Funeral and Jimmy James. The event also saw the triumphant return of supposedly deceased, John Cena and unveil Nattie Neidhart as the New General Manager of Rated.

Magnus Bulla 22:13 defeated Shad Moss in a Special Guest Referee Singles Match (Lucas Mitchell as the special referee)

• After Mitchell kept threatening to disqualify Moss, Bulla took advantage and choke him out with a Guillotine Choke

Kyle Evers defeated KaGe to retain the DXX Pure Championship

• Evers won the match after delivering a Double Underhook Piledriver to KaGe

Johnny Cardinal defeated Boxer Santaros, Shawn Michaels and Axel Shadows in a DXX Rated Fatal Four Way Match

• With all three opponents down and out Cardinal hit his Soaring Cardinal finisher on Shadows to get the victory

Raisha Saeed w/ The Saeed Sorority defeated Nattie Neidhart and Beth Harte in a Triple Threat Match to win the DXX Womens Championship

• Whilst Shelly Martinez distracted the referee, Sylvia executed the Schizophrenic Effect to allow Raisha the pinfall on Neidhart.

Kenny Wallace defeated Johnny Storm and Dagger Dave in a Triple Threat Steel Cage Match to retain the DXX Intercontinental Championship

• Wallace made his son Storm submit to his Nascar Thunder finisher

Kenny Wallace defeated Ted DiBiase Jr, James Manson, Johnny Storm, Bobby Marshall,
Brian Daniels, Ryan Black and Eric Steel to win the Money In The Bank Ladder Match

• DiBiase and Black fell from the top of the ladder leaving Wallace to climb up and grab the briefcase

Nero Jones defeated Matt Pearce to retain the DXX Rated Championship

• Jones connected with Rated Chaotic to put Pearce down for the three count

John Cena made a not-so spectacular return at WrestleMania

Chad Jennings defeated Matt Hardy to win the DXX Championship

• Jennings nailed Hardy with the Knockout Punch after reversing the Twist of Fate, pinning him to win the title

Ryland Deathlocke defeated DJ Hipp, Kevin Kompiler, Santino Marella, Chris Jericho and Doctor Cube in a Victory Falls match to retain the DXX Universe Championship

• Deathlocke earned his fourth and final pinfall after hitting Chris Jericho with the No Stars Over Bethlehem finisher

We'd cut to Cody Lawerence backstage getting beat up by The Hood Tribe. John Cena comes back after he was thought dead, but HT beats on him too. The fight goes to the ring, where Ryan Black uses a chair to get HT out of the ring.

Ryland Deathlocke defeated John Cena

• In a shock return Cena immediately challenged Deathlocke after his Universe Title triumph, however he was forced to submit to the Human Abstract finisher
