The show celebrated two years of DXX and it was held on the exact anniversary of its creation. It was the second anniversary show but the first to be upgraded to PPV status. The main event of the evening saw The Immortal Sinners taking on Edge & Christian for the DXX Universe Tag Team Championships from Mayhem's side, and the Massacre main event featured Kevin Kompiler putting his title on the line against the main he vacated his DXX X-Division Championship to, White Cloud, in a Electrified Steel Cage Match for the DXX Championship. The celebration also featured two non wrestling matches, a Cross Brand Rap Attack Match and an Anniversary Lingerie Contest. The event also saw special appearances from DXX legends including James Kidd, CM Punk and Wayne Gallagher among others.

• Chad Jennings defeated John Cena in a Massacre vs. Mayhem Rap Attack
  • Jennings won the battle by earning the majority of fan support

• Mickie James defeated Charlotte Cross, Sarah Green, Ayanna Kaktus, Leila Soleil-Darcie and Beth Phoenix in an Anniversary Lingerie Contest
  • James won the competition by earning the majority of fan support

• The Hood Generals (Shad Moss & Khwame Myles) defeated John Cena & Johny08 and Chase Andrews & Abdul Shabazz w/ Karim Hassan in a Triple threat Tag Team Match to win the vacant DXX Tag Team Championships
  • The Hood Generals won the match via pinfall after Moss hit the Shooting Star Press

• Raisha Saeed (c) w/ Sylvia defeated Daisy Vacariu and Heather Jeanette in a Triple Threat Match to retain the DXX Womens Championship
  • Saeed got the win after hitting the BrokenGlass finisher on Heather Jeanette

• Tristagi (c) defeated Steve Austin to retain the DXX Hardcore Championship
  • Tristagi avoided the Stone Cold Stunner to hit Austin with his Karma finisher for the pinfall victory

• Shawn Michaels defeated Ted DiBiase Jr. in a Submission Match
  • HBK made Dibiase submit with a Figure-Four Leglock

• Kenny Wallace (c) defeated Xtreme Steven to retain the DXX Intercontinental Championship
  • Wallace pinned Steven after a diving headbutt from the top turnbuckle

• The Irish Connection (Chris O'Leary & Bobby Marshall) defeated The Black Hearts (Triple H & Chad Jennings) in a Barbed Wire Hell in a Cell SummerSlam Tag Team Rematch
  • Special Guest Referee Karasu Tenchi interfered on behalf of The Irish Connection, allowing them to pick up the win after a scissor kick from Marshall

DJ Hipp successfully helped his team retain their titles

• Randy Orton w/ Trish Stratus defeated Mr. McMahon in a $10,000 Ladder Match to become the holder of $10,000
  • Orton overcame attacks from the likes of CM Punk and Assassin to claim the briefcase from the top of the ladder

• Josh Impact (c) defeated Sadistic Dave in a Hangman's Horror Match to retain the DXX Universe Championship
  • Impact won the match by rendering Dave helpless with a steel chair and clamping a dog collar around his neck

• The Immortal Sinners (Kenny Dykstra & DJ Hipp) (c) defeated Edge & Christian w/ Jose Mourinho in a TLC Match to retain the DXX Universe Tag Team Championship
  • The Sinners won the match after powerbombing Cage through a flaming table

• White Cloud defeated Kevin Kompiler (c) in an Electrified Steel Cage Match to win the DXX Championship
  • Cloud managed to escape the cage as Kompiler was electrocuted
