She made a return to the comapny following a six month absence.

Mayhem

Cross had been PA to Grey since she came into power of Mayhem in 2008, since then she has assisted her in all her needs which most recently has been looking after her pet cat KoKo, she is a face member of the roster and is well respected by most who know or have met her. She is enthusiastic and an aspiring buisnesswoman herself, not to mention helpful and caring. When Carari Grey was found unconcious backstage after an attack, later claimed to be carried out by Dagger Dave, it was Cross who had discovered her and adressed the fans later.

Charlotte has yet to show any other form of hatred or involvement in other storylines though in late June 2008, she became involved in a mild rivalry with Carari Grey's interior designer , Leila Soleil-Darcie. Both of the women fought for Grey's attention and praise which lead to a coffee fight and brawl in the General Managers office, over the desk. When Grey was taken out of power for mental health issues and replaced by Drake White, Cross has been absent.

On the 8th August, Charlotte was in a backstage segment with friend Sarah Green when they were confronted by Ayanna Kaktus and Leila Soleil-Darcie, soon all four began bickering and a cat fight broke otu casuing Kevin Nash to break things up. General Manager, Carari Grey then made a match that night, Sarah against Ayanna. With Ayanna having the advantage of in ring training and Sarah already falling victim to the DXX Womens Champion, Raisha Saeed, a couple of months before she begged not to be put through it, when tough times hit home in the ring Charlotte did her best to intervene and distract Ayanna, however she was still able to pick up the win.

Shortly after a match was made Mayhem the following week where Sarah would team up with Mickie James to take on Ayanna and Beth Phoenix in a special Double Referee Tag Team Match, the referees being Ayanna's friend, Leila, and Sarah's friend Charlotte Cross. Adding to the Divas ongoing rivalry.

After the match, both Leila and Charlotte declared seperate winners, leading to an argument between the two guest officials. Fans were shocked and delighted when Charlotte burst out with a spinning kick straight onto Leila, knocking her out cold. It was then announced that at DXX Anniversary that Charlotte would be facing, Ayanna , Sarah, Leila, Mickie and Beth in a lingerie contest. Despite her timid dress sense and innocent behaviour, Charlotte placed second in the lingerie show losing out to Mickie James.

Her appearance on the 5th September edition of the show confirmed she would still work on Mayhem as PA to new GM, Nabeel Nawaz, he said he could not fire her after her placing second in the Lingerie Show as it proved she had fan support. Her position was once again unknown following the departure of Nawaz from the company. It was later confirmed she was moving to another company following her dismissal for DXX. DXX stated that she was no longer needed.


DXX Rated

On 1st October edition of the development brand, DXX Rated, Charlotte made a special guest appearance, interrupting Sylvan Grenier and Leila Soleil-Darcie, she said that she was running an errand that absent GM Shane Trent has asked Nabeel Nawaz to do. She told him to that Trent had asked them to warn Grenier to 'Watch his Back'. She was scheduled to compete in the Divas Halloween Contest of the show, but pulled out following Mayhem jeopardy.

This was her last televised appearance, before she was released and inactive. DXX later signed her once again, feeling DXX needed a hyper babyface character, she became manager of Johnny Steel, a Rated star who was later called up to Massacre. This angle was axed due to Steel's release from the company.


Her position with the company is once again unclear.
