Flintlock, more commonly known as Flint, is a mech built for adventure if there ever was one. Exuberant, diplomatic, fearless, and an all-around likable guy, Flint has far more friends than he does enemies. He decided long ago that spending his life stuck on Cybertron would be the bane of his existence. Now he spends his time traveling from planetary system to planetary system as an archaeologist, making all sorts of discoveries on behalf of his metallic home-world. However, despite his wanderlust, Flint's top priority has long been his son, Hound. He strives to be the absolute best father he can be, though he would never admit how difficult it is to do so from half a galaxy away.

Fiction
Flint's story begins at ISAS, where he is a hot-headed final year student in the archaeology department. After coming very close to failing the final exam (which involved retrieving the Magnificence in a virtual simulation), his professor, Roadwise, gives him a second chance. Though instead of being retested on the Magnificence Module, he is to be graded on something called the Leadership Module... Flintlock and the Covenant of Primus
Filler
Flint makes his debut in the series as he sends a touching letter home to his son. In one photo, he appears alongside Glyph and Nosecone behind a freshly excavated skull of unknown species. Letter Home
