Status: Naked and Happier
You reach over and take the maid into your arms. "Let me hold you, and we will leave together."
"How?" she asks.
"I'll explain in a moment," you tell her. "Just relax." She snuggles herself more firmly against you.
You hold her tightly. Your timer goes off. There's a whoosh and you feel like you're being pulled back through time, and you and the maid are sitting naked on the floor of Crispin's laboratory.
The maid looks around. "Where are we?"
"Somewhere other than the basement," you tell her. "I told you we would leave together. I will take care of you."
You place your lips against hers and give her a gentle kiss. You notice Crispin watching out of the corner of your eye.
