Take one of the daggers

You pick out a sharp-looking dagger from the collection of knives. You glance back at the sleeping captain and consider whether or not you’d have a chance of threatening him into releasing you, even if you do have a dagger. Then something slaps your hand. You drop the dagger back into the drawer.
You turn and see the octopus pulling a tentacle back into its tank. The octopus must not want you to have a weapon.
Do you:
- Attack the octopus with a dagger
- Tie the octopus’ tentacles in knots
- Forget the daggers and try on the rumpled dress
