TSRM- Stroke her head?

Seeing just how vulnerable and scared she is you can't help but feel sad for her, usually she is so tough and strong, its very strange to see her like this. Pushing your arm from under the blanket you lightly put it on her head and stroke it down her silky soft hair. With the sudden feeling of your hand Rose jumps a few inches as she looks up through her hair too see it's you. Opening her mouth its looks as though she is going to say something but ends up shutting it with her cheeks turning red, giving up she leans her face back into your chest as you continue to stroke the top of her head. Continuing this you turn your attention back to the T.v as the movie plays, its mostly trash now that the movie is over but T.v is T.v.
After a few hours Rose hasn't moved from your chest, other than a few shifts to get comfy she seems completely still enjoying the attention your giving her. Yawning you cup your hand over your mouth as the sleep has been building up in your eyes, stretching your back up try to get up from the couch but Rosen is stilling clinging to your body, all this time you thought she had been asleep but it looks as though she is still awake.
"...why are you so nice to me?" She questions her face still buried in your shirt.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean we fight all the time but even still you're really nice to me... I'm a bitch, I know, don't say otherwise... but after all the shit I give you you're still nice to me... everyone at school treats me like crap. I don't have a lot friends... you're the only one that is nice to me. Why?" She asks, her eyes seeming to water up.
Now this, this is new. you can't remember the last you saw her cry.
