Sade stood naked in the center of Naboo's throne room. In the corner, four of the Queen's handmaidens stood hunched together, cowering and shielding their eyes from Sade's body. Governor Bibble and Captain Panaka stand a few feet away from Sade while Queen Amidala stands on the other side of the room by a large window.
"Is this really necessary?" demands Queen Amidala.
"Yes, your Majesty, we do believe the situation is so severe," replies Captain Panaka.

With that, Governor Bibble sighs and walks over to Sade in the center of the throne room.
