Stop, drop, and steal a boat

You steal the boat, but the cops are 1 step ahead of u. They get their 'boat that will never sink'(which is a rubber boat) and chases you down. You see the cop boat getting closer to you. You finally remember. You have a bag of arrows that you found on the floor. You shoot the arrows out of the bow. The cop boat drowns with all the weapons floating in the water.
