Mustering up the courage, Serenity shakes off her building fear and unsheathes her sword whilst marching forwards towards the flickering flame. It was becoming more clear as she went closer, the flame belongs to a torch that was resting on the cold wet floor. Someone dropped this here; were they running from something, perhaps. Or did it just simply fall from the wall from its weak bolts. That wasn't all that was there however, there was a trail, one that was crimson mixed with the dirty water. Blood, but who's blood? Following the trail may lead to trouble and one that could lead to the same fate as to whoever left the trail of blood there in the first place.
