Aside from the loose thread on her tank-top, you spot a few other opportunities for mayhem. Your host has some scissors in his pack, which you could easily use to snip one or both of the straps on her top. With a slight distraction, you may be able to use them to sabotage the front of it, revealing more and more of her cleavage.

Her skirt is held by three buttons and a zipper. Knocking a few of those buttons off would definitely make it ride lower, though with the scissors it would be equally easy to cut her skirt shorter in back, or possibly even damage the waistband itself. While it would take quite the distraction, you might even be able to cut some material away from the front of her skirt.

On her feet she wears a simple pair of flip-flops. They'd be easy to steal with even the slightest distraction, and just as easy to damage or destroy with the scissors.
