"Just give me the once over and be done with it so I can get out of here..." you whine with fake impatience. The fat bitch rolls her eyes and turns her back to the medical cabinet, giving you time to quickly scan the room for a weapon. You see a small stainless steel dolly table decked out with tongue depressors and other medical supplies. While the tubby nurse grunts on her tip toes shuffling through the medical cabinet you sneak down from the examining table and wrap your fingers around the cold smooth metal of the dolly, quiet as a cat. Amanda turns back to you just in time to see you wrench the dolly from the floor and slam it with all of your might into her...
You do more damage than you expected, she hits the ground like an anvil, screaming out in pain, clenching her arm painfully. As she screams profanity from the floor you make a quick but casual trip to the door, clicking the lock, and lowering all of the shades on the windows.
"You whore bitch!" The redfaced nurse screams, spittle flying out of her mouth. "I'm going to have you fucking arrested! I'm going to sue...oh no..."
You've grabbed the dolly again and hit her again. And again. The metal bends and snaps as you pound her brutally, as it falls apart in your hands from abuse. You manage to break off one of the legs and continue to hit her with that, her screams punctuated by the sick thumping noise of bar against fat.
Your breathing hard now, and brush a bit of your long hair out of your face, admiring your handiwork. The nurse is nearly unconscious, her arms, face, and shoulders swelling, sure to bruise beautifully in the next few hours. Amanda sobs pitifully, her fat cheeks glossy with tears. You sneer; you haven't even begun to work on her...
