There are 9 big cities. Each of those cities have around 5 castles nearby. Each of those castles are surrounded by a minimum of 2 towns. Each of those towns have around 3 villages nearby.

You should bookmark this page or open it in another tab, since here are some informations you won't get in the story
but will understand more about the culture and the behaivor of the townsfolk, which could save your or your companion's life...
or at least make you more aware of the situation you got or heading into.

To make you, the reader, more comfortable while reading, I will categorize what each nation and kingdom have, what they stand for and what they want.


There are six nations.

North - Dwarves

In the far north a small tribe of dwarves travel across the snowy, cold land called the "Fearwind Valley"
which is surrounded by mountains. A pass to cross the northern mountains is not known, neither there are survivors
who came back from the cold. Some even say "Nature itself doesn't allow travellers to pass the mountains."
In old times the dwarves had a great city along and in the northern mountains. It is believed
that the dwarvish culture is the oldest among with the elvish (the so called "Elder").

The dwarvish tribe only have temporar villages, no cities. There is a dwarvish city created hunders of years ago. There are three main
tribes among the dwarves.

The "Irikai", which are the oldest. They follow the path of the nature. They invented the so called "runes". Magical symbols with great power.
They are friendly but also cover up their knowledge and wisdom to travellers. That's why many folks think they are not to be trusted.


The "Bukai", which are split in two sub-tribes. On the one hand they bring their culture to human cities and teach them the old ways.
They trade with furs, ore and other materials, too. On the other hand there are dwarvish bandits in the north.


Then there is the third tribe. They've forgotten their tribe's name, their origin. They try to live like humans. Their capital is in the north-east,
near the "Great Lake" Cliff. Their city is build out of stone and gold. Some say they literally "shit gold", which, obviously, isn't true.
They are more material and some of them even shave their beards, which is a dishonorable thing to do.
But why should they care?

Oh and you can also find forest bandits, which are mostly human, in the near north. They share a part of the forest with
the elves. But they actually rob human, dwarves and elves alike. Some say they even have half-breeds fighting for their side.
No matter if true or not, when you're in the forest, you should be prepared.


North-East & East - Roddjarn

From the northern east lands to the east coast the "Roddjarn" fight against the harsh, cold nature.
Not much is known about the Roddjarn culture, because they mainly had oral storytelling and the dwarvish runes.
But 80 years ago, when the tribes gathered, they made theirselves a new home called "Novaskaar", which can be
literally translated into "New Home" or simply "Hometown". From Novaskaar you can see the Great Lake Cliff and the
capital of the Golden Dwarves.

They don't use runes anymore. The kind of runes they use are simple letters. They seek for new land beyond the ocean
and fight their way through life. True Roddjarn have blue eyes and red or blonde hair. They are taller, too.
They are usually stronger than a normal human and have a higher sustain in battle. Many Roddjarn are battle-proof
warriors, no matter their gender.


South-East - The 'Blood Fist Loyalists'

Along the south-east coast and far into the inner lands, the Blood Fist Loyalists have their central intelligence just
between this two spots, in the middle of a steppe. As they want to tell the Stonegarde kingdom, which lies in the south,
"Here we are, here we stand. And you can't do anything against it."

In fact it would be a political problem for the Stonegarde military to crush the rebellion, since the Roddjarn have no
problems with them. They don't cooperate but they trade the stone materials from the mine they occupied through the rebellion
for water. You can nearly find any race in their capital. Humans, half-elves, half-orcs, orcs, dwarves and
some travelling elves, too.

There had to be a rebellion because the Stongegarde kingdom treated their own people and the smaller countries
bad. They wanted more than a half of their ore they mined from their mines, they took their food and called it
"a honorable act for the kingdom and the crown" to do so. The Blood Fist Rebels want a free Stonegarde, honorable as it was in the
old days.


South - Stonegarde

The kingdom of Stonegarde is far too old for any kind of record. There were history books which got burned over the last three rebellions.
Stonegarde's culture is a harsh one, defined by honor and strenght. Years ago, the kingdom was a paradigm to all great kings Angoreas'.
The king and his close servants were just, kind and merciful. But then the prince had been crowned. Chivalery and righteousness were no more.

Honor is a extensive word. Perhaps your actions could change the kingdom. But how could that be possible?
There were often rebellions against Stonegarde in the past. The kingdom is very old. It falls and rises like a phoenix, but never
vanishes from the history books. It is always there, and always will be.

Stonegarde has two vassals.

Lord 'Shev Hemmingstedd' ("Shev" is pronounced like "Chef")
He does not understand the actions of the prince. He follows the old traditions. The warrior's code. He's a kind but strict man.

Lady 'Jeanette Coldgaze'
She is, as her name surprisingly says, a "bit" cold-hearted. Many think that the lady is loyal to the prince.
It is said that she could soon be the new queen. But that are only rumors.
