You quickly get to your feet and lunge at Claire, wrapping an arm around her waist as you drag her back to the couch. When she opens her mouth to scream, you muffle her cries with your free hand, and you drag her quickly back to the couch.

Although Claire continues to kick and struggle against you, you manage to overpower her and pull her backwards, seated on your lap.
