Finish off the wounded man before escaping

You dash into the building, weapon at the ready. The wounded man is several yards in front of you, still crawling away. You finish him off with a single shot, then run back outside.

Unfortunately, the delay has cost you. The soldiers in the Jeep see you run out of the building. A voice shouts, "Drop your gun and raise your hands!"
