Ignore the glow and stand by the bridge?

You chose to ignore any signs to get yourself home. Knowing you can't logically cross the bridge, so you back track to where you where at first. Standing in the same place you were before, you had a couple of options.
Do you:
- Stand where you are in hopes that someone will find you?
- Go towards this temple in hopes of a way home?
- Keep going forwards to see what is on the other side of the hill?
