You shoot the terrorist in the back with your Walther, the silenced shot making only a faint sound. The bullet finds his heart and he collapses to the floor. The THUD that results from the impact of his body, unfortunately, is not so faint.
The four other terrorists charge in and open fire. Shooting back, you manage to take out three of them before your body is repeatedly ventilated.
