She suddenly launches into a long and mostly one-sided conversation about how her name is Cleopatra but you should call her Patra because all the other Cleopatras in the world are called Cleo and she talks about Kafka, about cockroaches and the possibility that she is the center of all the shit that happens in the world.
As far as you can tell, she could be talking all day long. But you have plans...!
