This is a tiny town with absolutely nothing to do. Shingo Forest is nearby.

Travel
Arlia is near the northwestern area of the fertile Fa'Diel lowlands.
A cavern (not built yet) by it leads west under the Myrkur Mountains toward Viorar.

Inhabitants
A bunch of human hicks. Apparantly some hylians named Rena and Claude also live nearby but some imm deleted them.
