Penguin Chat 3 was the predecessor to Club Penguin and went offline November 2005 shortly after Club Penguin opened to the public. Penguin Chat 3 is notable as you could play as a ninja, something that has not been implemented into Club Penguin. As of November 2008 Club Penguin has released sex boobs and boners once again to the public.

Reasons for being taken offline

  • It can only hold 100,000,000,000,000 players maximum.
  • Legality issues with Club Penguin.
  • No advanced features like buddy lists, player cards, mini-games, clothing, or igloo furniture.
