Soundgasm was an imaginary band that derived from a thread of [[Dragonium]]'s in which he displays his hate for Nickelback and the fact that they "sold out." This lead to a discussion about other bands that took the same path. In addition, Dragonium claimed he never said he liked Green Day. It was all summed up with a statement made by [[drenrin2120]]. The idea took off from the statement with various members "claiming" instruments. A quick run in with Dragonium and [[Uberpwn_w00t]] occured when Uberpwn claimed he would steal all of Dragonium's spotlight when it is, in fact, common knowledge that such a thing is not possible. After many members chose their instruments, [[Archem2]] named the band 'Soundgasm', considering it was "like a musical hodge-podge of wicked-awesome sound! A 'Soundgasm', if you will."
