Captain Phania von Wilhelm (b. 18??) of the reclusive Von Wilhelm House. She is the daughter of Endre and Karina von Wilhelm, who both perished in an airship accident in Germany, along with their son Artúr. Phania survived and inherited the estate. She has had a mixed education of German and English. She attended the Budapest Flight School at the age of sixteen and bought her commission as captain of Bruenhilde. She is currently the captain of Silver Lining. She frequently visits London, Paris, Tokyo, and New York with her crew as a representative of the Pegasus Branch.
