T. Roland Philips

T. Roland Philips was a Presbyterian minister who was associated with Arlington Presbyterian Church in the Baltimore (MD) Presbytery. He helped to found the Baltimore School of the Bible and published a book of his sermons, entitled God Hath Spoken. He traveled in Lancaster County several times in 1939 and 1940, visiting Leacock Presbyterian Church on September 20, 1940.
