Serebii.net Forums, commonly referred to as SPPf is a vBulliten forum run by "Serebii" Joe.
SPPf is responsible for next to all of BMf's members meeting each other and is the number one spot for people to drag members in from. The forums are a melting pot of furrys, rapists, retards and trolls, much like America. There are some good posters, however most of them fall into one of the said categories anyway.
