These are all applicable footnotes from the Chapter Seven of the Final Fantasy VII fanfiction story, Beyond Good and Evil. This is not a source of official canon information and, while all of the information stated herein is based on and derived from what is given in canon, this information is not and can not be considered official or supported by the game creators or developers.

Sector Four

When Cloud is chasing Kadaj after the Bahamut fight, they pass a particular sign near the ShinRa monument. It indicates the directions toward Sectors Five and Three, meaning the sign, and therefore the ShinRa momument, are in Sector Four. Since the square containing the monument was shown at the beginning of the film, preceding the cut to Tifa's new bar, we can conclude the bar, too, is in Sector Four, and since ShinRa would likely build a monument near their new headquarters, so is the Neo-ShinRa HQ. Running with this idea, we decided that not only 7^th Heaven and the HQ are in this sector, but so is the majority of Edge, as the chase scene across the ruined old highways shows that much of the rest of the area is still demolished.
