A stellar cloud is a collection of stars usually smaller than a cluster or a sector. Normally a stellar cloud is located within a larger collection of stars called galaxies or extragalactic clusters or is orbiting a larger stellar collection. Stellar clouds maybe categorized as an extragalactic cloud or local cloud.

An Extragalactic Stellar Cloud or Cloud is a small stellar collection typically smaller than a cluster and are generally satellites of larger stellar collections. They are very small and hosts no more than a million stars.

A local stellar cloud or local cloud is a small collection of stars which usually numbers no more than 100 stars. It is usually located within a larger stellar collection and has a very small radius.
