Bureaucrats are users, a step below becoming a sysops or admin. They have a wide range of rights and responsibilities second only to the sysops.

A Bureaucrat has been authorized to perform the following function because of their associated user access rights.

• Delete pages (delete)
• Edit all user rights (userrights)
• Edit pages (edit)
• Move pages (move)
• Not be affected by rate limits (noratelimit)
• Read pages (read)
• Upload files (upload)
