Tristan Meriman was elected in June 2007 as the first chair of the governing council of Adam ondi Ahman. He later co-founded the Demesne of Lyonesse with Tascha Klees and Lois Allen, and is principal author of the estate covenant. The Australian flag flies above his large coastal estate.
