Gulliver

Gulliver is a pelican that travels through the AC:WW universe in a spaceship. He will fly over your town at a predetermined time (random for each game) between 6am and 12pm on a random weekday, same time and place each week. When his UFO appears overhead, shoot it down. You will be shown a crash cutscene, indicating where Gulliver landed. Go chat to him. He will offer you some advice, and if you recover the five broken parts of his spaceship scattered around your town, he will give you a rare item.

The five broken spaceship pieces are scattered randomly around your town, and are in the form of items that look like cogs sat on the ground.
