Super Luigi 821 is a human that seems cool but tries to be goofy. He was once known as Paper Jorge and worked for The 'Shroom doing updates on his upcoming video game. However when he cancelled it, he was kicked out of the job and to hide his identidy he changed his name to Super Luigi 821. However he is planning on changing his look. Super Luigi 821 became a Sysop and is a rival of Willy and Peachycakes. Super Luigi 821 has a pet Yoshi named Doshi and he is still a kid. Super Luigi 821 also has a portable Wii that he carries in his pocket.
Luigi 821, known as Paper Jorge almost always, is actually crazy. He is really crazy and many people thought that he was a "serious" person but as it turns out, he is crazy and his mind is not good. Paper Jorge is known for his pranks and his leavings and for being the supposed ruler of Paper Plains. Paper Jorge is liked by many users and is almost one-year-old in the Mario Wiki. Paper Jorge is literally made out of paper.
Currently, Paper Jorge is NOT sysop. After one of his leavings, Porplemontage demoted him thinking he would never return. However when he returned he found out he was demoted. Thought he really doesn't care if he is sysop or not, he prefers being sysop. Paper Jorge is famous for his King Sheet, which is currenly being rivaled by the Master Sheet.
Super Luigi 821 used to be really good friends with Spike (now known as Knife), Wayoshi and WarioLoaf. However, when Wayoshi started acting acting very strange and very inappropiate, Luigi 821 decided to hate Wayoshi. Luigi 821 also is not a friend of Spike and WarioLoaf anymore thanks to Willy (Wayoshi) who broke the friendship.

Warioman: The Lard Knight
In the movie Warioman: The Lard Knight, Super Luigi 821 is one of the 900 clones of Luigi. He is the clone number 821, and has the strength of Superman. All of Luigi's clones except clone 821, died in an explosion set off by Kingpin. After this, Super Luigi 821 vowed revenge on Kingpin and all crime lords and set up the Justice League. He became the captain of the league.
Wiki's End
Luigi 821 makes a few apperances on the latest comcis. However, he hasn't had a speaking role yet. Currently, Luigi 821 a long with a bunch of other users, is stuck in the Spam Vault waiting to get out. It was confirmed in E2 that Glitches, Luigi 821's Dark User would appear in the comic series.

Paper Jorge has a theme song that plays in Paper Plains and in his home. It sometimes appears as his theme song and in The Legend of Monty: Sysop of Time, it is played when he helps Monty Mole in the begining of the game.
