A Spam World is typically used to describe an area filled with or run by Trolls. It is normally filled with Spam, hence the name. This is often shown as a fear of Users, and is shown in some comics, but usually changed back.
a Spam World made of all falling under command of several thousands or Trolls appears in Users Unite!. It acts as the final cutscene/battle of the game.
