It's just like the Dark Side of the Force, only instead of the Force, it uses Hammerspace. Practitioners of the Dark Side of the Hammer are able to use Hammerspace to nefarious purposes, often storing things other than hammers in it, or using its dimensional energies to power works of mad (and evil) genius.

While it is possible to use Hammerspace to store swords and other edged weapons without falling to the Dark Side, it's rare for more powerful weapons to be hidden in such a manner without their owner gradually sinking to madness, violence, and maniacal laughter.

ChibiMe is the only open practitioner of the Dark Side of the Hammer, but several others (including Squata) have also used powers and abilities that some might deem...unnatural.
