"Well, I better be getting home," you say, still on the bed with her, staring aimlessly at the ceiling.
"Weren't you supposed to get your first Pokemon today?" She replies.
"Oh, shitbaskets!" You quickly pack your things and get dressed.
You sprint to your house in hopes your mom will take it easy. As you open the door, you're instantly greeted by a very disappointed mother.
The rant begins...
"Where have you been? Elm is not happy. Why were you gone?"
So many questions, so little time to think of ways to lie your way out.
You quickly reply, "I was going to Elm's with Lyra, and, then, her Maril ran into the forest and we had to find it. Then, we were attacked by wild Pokemon."
"Oh, is she alright?"
"Yes; but she's knocked out, and in bed, right now."
"I have some medicines and remedies I can give them. Let me get them, then, we can go to their house."
